Rigid Mindset?

Anna Albrecht

MagazineAgile teams# This is how you recognize a rigid team mindsetAnna AlbrechtJanuary 15, 2023Nowadays, everyone is talking about agility in the company. But this always requires a team that scores with an agile mindset. Today we will show you 4 signs how you can recognize that you can still work on your mindset to be agile.

1. Inflexibility:

A rigid team mentality can manifest as inflexibility to changing circumstances or new ideas. You may be resistant to change or unwilling to consider new approaches.

2. Lack of cooperation:

You may have difficulty collaborating or communicating effectively with other teams or stakeholders.

3. Low creativity:

You lack out-of-the-box thinking and thus creativity. You have little or no willingness to think outside the box. If you’re stuck in your ways, you can’t embrace new ideas or approaches, which is necessary and can make all the difference in today’s fast-paced work environment.

4. Lack of willingness to learn:

You may not recognize the value of team learning and development. You invest little time and resources in training or skill building. If you are not willing to try new things and learn from your mistakes, you will not succeed in the marketplace.

In the next post you will learn how you can shift your mindset. So stay tuned.Anna AlbrechtSeptember 1, 2023## More articlesTeam success[### Return on investment of L&D measures
